AI Face Swap Feature & User Photo Data Usage

1. Introduction
As part of our services, we have implemented the "AI Face Swap" feature, which enables users to be digitally transported to historic and iconic locations, integral to the cultural heritage of the UAE. To facilitate the functionality of this feature, users are required to upload a photograph.

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
By uploading a photograph for the "AI Face Swap" feature, the user expressly consents to the collection, storage, and processing of such photograph by the Fujairah Culture & Media Authority (FCMA). The photograph shall be used solely for the purpose of enhancing, refining, and improving the AI model(s) powering the "AI Face Swap" feature.

3. Data Storage and Transfer
The user's photograph, along with any associated model data and derived outputs, shall be stored securely on FCMA’s servers. Additionally, the data may be transferred to, and stored on, servers of third-party partners engaged by FCMA to facilitate efficient processing and usage of such data in relation to the "AI Face Swap" feature.

4. Retention of Data
The photograph and related model data will be retained by FCMA for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined herein, or as required by applicable law. Users may request the deletion of their uploaded photograph and associated data, subject to applicable data retention periods.

5. Acknowledgement and Consent
By uploading a photograph to utilize the "AI Face Swap" feature, the user acknowledges and consents to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of such data as described in this clause.

6. Existing Terms and Policies
Notwithstanding the provisions outlined in this clause, all other terms, conditions, and policies governing the use of our services, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, shall continue to apply in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between this clause and our existing terms, the provisions of this clause shall govern with respect to the "AI Face Swap" feature, while all other terms remain unchanged.

7. Governing Law
This privacy policy and the use of the "AI Face Swap" feature shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
