Proceeding from the fact that the culture is the title character, which distinguishes it from other, and that it was one of the most important factors in the social progress and the progress of mankind, and as part of overall human development, the Authority of Fujairah culture and media take on their shoulder the task of cultural life care, by providing a suitable atmosphere for the creative act of cultural, strengthening and revitalization of cultural movement exploiting cultural capacities available to support and develop.
