Fujairah Culture and Media Authority
Fujairah Culture and Media Authority were founded
under the Emiri Decree No. (17) Of 2006, with the
aim of raising the level of performance, and
contributing to achieve cultural and media life,
aimed to support human race development according to
our Arab and Islamic tradition.We
are Hamed Bin Mohamed Al Sharqi ruler of Fujairah
Emirates
Having examined the Decree Law No. (17) For 1996 on
a civil service system for workers in the government
of Fujairah, as amended.
Based on the requirements of the public interest.
We
have decided what is coming:
To be Held in
Fujairah government an Authority called " Fujairah
culture and the media" have legal personality and
independent financial disclosure and own financial
and administrative autonomy, and have a capacity to
carry out all legal actions for the implementation
of its purposes, and may take legal action and to
deputize them to represent any person before the
court on all judicial proceedings and referred to as
the Authority. |
